Cleaning surface of 5200

Seams filled with 5200 on our 9 y.o. Sabre are starting to look a bit tired and discolored. Any suggestions on best way to revitalize? Have tried bleach, soft scrub, and even whitening toothpaste with not much success.

Spray with WD40, wipe with soapy warm water wet cloth, then clean warm water cloth.
