Placencia, Belize, Dockage

Im not using my dock space in Placencia. So, if you are looking for a good protected location to use as base for cruising Belize then here it is at reasonable rates.

Well built and well protected dock space available for rent in Placencia, Belize. Located on Placencia Caye.

* Up to 74’ available at US$0.20/per foot/per day (30 foot minimum, 3 month minimum)
* Water available (not included in rate)
* Electricity available (not included in rate)
* Short dinghy ride across the harbor to Placencia Village
* Lot #26 (outlined in red on attached image)
* 6' minimum controlling depth
* Easy day sail out to the cayes east of Placencia
* Good snorkeling, fishing, kayaking around Placencia Caye
* Resturant on the island

Extremely well protected. No worries about dragging anchor in the sometimes crowded anchorage.

This lot is also listed for sale at $167,500.

Do you mean must you buy a lot to own docks?

If so, then yes. The docks are built on the edges of the lots on the canal. About 74' long, so its side tie.

Oh man...Tutti Frutti...some of the best gelato on the planet! Some cruisers stop in Placencia just for that!

The cafe and it's dock were damaged in the last hurricane and are closed. The strip of land across from yours is just about full of new homes now. Your side will be next

Bump.

If you plan to be in Placencia in the summer months and want a place to tie up for those squally summer nights, then my dock is avaible (see first post in thread)
