Walkers Cay customs check in

We are planning to sail from Ft Pierce to Walkers Cay, but are curious if the customs office is still operational. I have tried to call 242-325-6550 which is a local number that was given to me, but no one is answering. Or would it be easier to just check in at Spanish Cay? Thanks.

The Walkers Customs office is now at Grand Key. No mention of this anywhere, but that's the way it is. Spanish is fine, but they charge $100 to dock if you don't take a slip for the night.
