Professional survey, shown no problem, 0 osmosis, 0 play between saildrive or rudder (Upon request i will send it, in italian )

Coppercoat antifouling (boat has been on the dry for 3 months before coppercoat, washed hull several time, and after coppercoat the boat went into the water after 2 weeks)
Engine oil with anti friction (metabond)
Diesel always addictivate with water remover, injector cleaner, anti dirt (Extreme fuel treatment)
Heavy dacron staysail with reinforcement, with hang on on steel flying forestay (used twice)
Aisi 316 and inox bottlescrew forestay junction.
Heavy genoa 160, used, average condition, withouth UV protection
Mono cristalline, german made, 300 watt solar panel, MPPT regolator (12/24V-30A)
Dinghy davits, homemade, with AISI 316 steel
On the dinghy davits, solar panel, and secondary VHF antenna for AIS (but can be used for primary VHF, as in main panel is immediate switch beteen them)

This boat never moved without me on the wheel, never chartered (also from previous owner)
Selling because no more using it, and want to buy a home ( i have been a part time liveaboard)
I get, alone, 4 meters waves and 40 knots without much problem, no need to move away from the the helm, no winch at the mast, the boat has a very permissive behavior.

I forget:

Teak never sanded, original thickness.
Boat only need some and it will look like new.
Mechanically is perfect.


And new line and all new fender bought in 2016.
