Sailing from Panama to Costa Rica (Pacific side)

We are searching for information about sailing conditions and the best route to sail from Panama Canal to Northern Costa Rica. We have a 47 ft cat and would like to do the passage in December.

Any experience / help/ advice will be very much appreciated!
Thank you, Kat
