Crew wanted, share costs, surfing cruise Nias Indonesia to Phuket share costs, surfing every day when at anchor for up to 6 hours a day!!

Crew wanted, share costs, for surfing cruise in Sumatra, Banyak Islands, Nias starting now, july 2019, returning to Phuket Thailand late October.
4 months approximately.

Ahoy Shipmates, well its on again, the surfmachine 2019 surfing cruise. I need a single crew or couple to help with the watch keeping and expenses in getting the yacht from Nias and the Banyak islands and back to Thailand. 1 month minimum, cost for the first month is $1200 aud, after that it is $400.00 aud a month. Full on surfing sailing cruise, 4 months is best if you can. My existing crew has had to fly home for specialist treatment for his neck injury from a wipe out in the surf.. So the crew spot is vacant

SURFMACHINE

*4 months trip in total
*fly to Indonesia at Medan, then onto Gunning Sitoli on Nias island and join the yacht surfmachine at Lagundri Bay Nias island, off the west coast of Sumatra.
*Stay at lagundri bay for a while and then a 2 day day sail, stopping at Afulu on the top of Nias and then onto Palua Bankgaru or treasure island and the fabled Banyak Islands, surfing perfect world class right hand surf breaks!
*we stay in the Banyaks at treasure island and the bay of plenty for 30 days, surfing every day, then sail back to Nias, Lagundri Bay for the next 30 days visa extension.
*then, depending on the surf we either stay at Nias island and Lagundri Bay or sail back to the Banyaks. Return to Thailand late October.
*stay out for another 30 days and then repeat for another 30 day visa extension, until we return back to Phuket in October, checking out at Pulau Weh on the way back at the top of Sumatra.
*No other costs for you besides air fares to and from the yacht and visa fees of $70 aud in Australia and $50 for each visa extension in Nias. I can organise a sponsor for your social visa for indonesia with me sponsor, he provides a letter for your local indonesian consulate.
*all food and share of fuel paid for with $1200 aud up front and $400 aud per month afterwards. No other costs to stay on the yacht, everything provided, we share the cooking!
*no sailing experience needed, however, it is a hard core surf trip, so you gotta be fit and a keen surfer and like right hand waves?
*we spend most of the time anchored in bays and surfing twice a day for around 3 hours, in the morning and evenings. Only sailing to and from Nias to renew visas and get supplies and the 7 day day sail back to Thailand in October.

Cheers Chari, I am about to sail from Malaysia to the Banyak Islands and Nias, return, in May 2020. Its a great trip! Still looking for a single crew for that 5 month trip. Keith.

For now I'll have to rely on finding a quite stretch on the Gold Coast for a surf and get my sailing fix doing the odd keel boat race out of RQYS at Manly!
