Guest cruisers in Colon Panama

Does anyone know how many marinas there were in the 80's in Colon Panama for transients. If not, how many are there today? Educated guesses welcome.

As of three years ago when we transited there were no marinas in Colon. Shelter Bay Marine is on the opposite side of the Caribbean entry to the Canal.

There had been one marina in Colon but it was closed by the Panamanians in 2009.
