Make? Length & hoop diameter? Solid color, or alignment stripe? Ratchet block at the bottom end or not?

not sure of the manufacturer, it was from a
Beneteau 510 with a 65' mast. I transported the boat from SC to Newport, RI last year, the boat was wrecked in a storm and the owner asked me to sell this item for him.
