Crew Available: Crew available this summer to go offshore from CA

My dad and I are looking for a boat to hop aboard and gain some sea time this summer. Hopefully something like from California to Hawaii or Mexico once I get out of school for the summer, potentially the opposite way (hawaii to CA and the like) although we're open to farther.
My dad has some limited sailing experience, mostly casual day cruises but is interested in going offshore, as am I. I have been sailing the past five years as a racer, have competed across the country in Lasers and c420s, but I'm looking to get into cruising. We're both eager to learn and willing to bust butt aboard. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We're experienced travelers and easygoing, can cook.
