Charter in Virgin Islands

Dear sailors,

For a couple of weeks I am in Virgin Islands (USVI and BVI) and I am an owner of a power boat registered in Cyprus. I am not US citizen (I am EU) and I would like to register my yacht as a charter and provide this kind of services over here. Can somebody advise me what regulations, documentation, ect I need to provide to do a legal business as a charter.
