Morgan OI 41 listing to port?

Hi all, I'm in the process of refitting an old OI 415 and few weeks ago I took the motor and the old generator out and now the boat is listing to port by 2-3 degrees. There is no fuel in the tanks and the freshwater tank is empty too, all I don't really know if there is any ballast in the boat somewhere? The generator was an old Onan diesel, like 500 lbs, starboard side. The interior is almost empty, just the bulkheads in there, so I'm puzzled...
Anyone has any idea...?

I'll bet someone else's lists to starboard......2-3 deg isn't much, and will likely clear up when you rebuild it.

so the engine and generator offset the natural list of the boat. no sweat.. was designed to do that. sounds like the design did its job until you changed it.

I'm not gonna put the old genset back, its a big monster and I'm afraid if I get a smaller, lighter unit the boat is not gonna be straight, thats the reason I wanna take the extra weight off if there is any.

I would bet there are corrector weights somewhere on the port side to make up for the generator. They tend to be really buried, under fixed seating or barely removable boards.
