Canaries -> Mallorca delivery through Madeira

Hello,

I am planning boat delivery from Tenerife to Mallorca (Palma) this April/May. I have 21 days to deliver the boat. Last year I did the same route but sailing through Moroccan coast.

I was wondering if in this time frame it is possible to sail through Madeira and make a stopover there for a day or two. Does somebody have some experience in sailing from Canaries to Europe through Madeira? Can you share information about weather, currents and some other pros and cons?
