What hardware ?

I am thinking about some new hardware to run OpenCPN and AirMail.

Currently I have an Nvidia TK1 that runs OpenCPN and RADAR flawlesly, with low power consumption.

But I need to be able to access the WinLink radio E-Mail system, and it seems all the supported programs for that are Windows only. I currently get out a Win10 laptop and use that every time I access Winlink. As I use Winlink more and more, this is becoming tedious. So I'm looking for some new hardware that will allow me to do everything from my main navigation computer.

Requirements:
- reasonably low power consumption.
- able to run OpenCpn in OpenGL (need that for RADAR).
- Win10 so I can run airmail.
- HDMI output for my already installed monitor.
- USB port
- Ethernet port
- DC input.
- low cost would be good.

I am thinking of something like this:

Anyone have any suggestions, or experience with other hardware ?

Have you tried to install WinLink radio E-Mail under wine for your current system ??

I thought of that, but it would require QEMU first to support x86 on ARM, when I looked at that it quickly got beyond my abilities in Linux.

If you are willing to deal with an overall buggy platform of 64 bit arm, the odroid c2 is working pretty well.

Otherwise, can a raspberry 3 work for this? or is the opengl bug still blocking? I am using my raspberry for other things as my screen is only 4 inches.
