Hi everyone I am from Namibia/South Africa planning to get my own cruising/living aboard yacht and looking forward to all the advice from the experienced sailors.

We have a yacht for sail - it is currently in the Seychelles so all the hard miles are behind you. We went sailing the east coast of Africa in 2005 and have been hooked ever since. it is the most amazing experience - 'normal life' is never the same again. Get out there and do it.
The boat we have for sale is a 45ft Roberts pilot house design. Recently re -rigged with full navigation systems water maker etc etc. the reason for selling is that we have immigrated to Perth and our children are not keen on being live aboards anymore. _teenagers you know.

Greetings from South Africa, we build our yacht from scratch (from plans) and it has been one hell of a ride - the ups and the downs. We are finally ready to go sailing and will start our world cruise this coming December/January. Good luck with your venture.
