Are Any Marinas Open/Functioning in the BVIs

I friend is bring a boat to the SE U.S. from the Southern Caribbean and was thinking of a stop in the BVIs. Is anything functioning there? Also, was Punta Cana on the very Eastern end of the DR hit and are there marinas there? Looking for a place for a crew change.

I am currently in the BVI, and none of the marinas is "working". That said, you might get permission to stop for a day or so from either Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour or Nanny Cay, both very badly damaged.

But, if you are just stopping for a crew change, why do you need a marina? You could certainly anchor in Trellis Bay, which is right next to the airport, or Road Harbour. The moorings are still in place at West End, If you stopped in Road Harbour, you could even provision. But, I don't know anywhere you could get fuel, for example, other than in jerry jugs from gas stations. Delta Petroleum in Road Town would be your best bet.

I don't know that you would have any better luck in the USVI or Puerto Rico, but I have no direct knowledge of either. I do know that people go back and forth, so there must be some places to dock.
