Belize 43 Maestro (Owners Version)

For easy inspection fly into Rhodes via Athens then a 60 minute ferry ride direct into Marmaris. No need to go through Istanbul.

This magnificent Belize 43 Maestro owners version is in better condition now than when she left the factory in 2002. She has been lovingly refurbished by a very fussy and demanding owner during 2014 -2015 with a €100,000 refurbishment program completed.
She is now currently available for sale at €265,000 (or US equivalent)

Kiki 1 was being prepared to cruise the Med and eventually circumnavigate the globe in safety with creature comforts improved and added, all maintenance schedules attended to and a long list of replacements and additions completed. All this work has been carried out specifically for the owners personal use with a no expense spared attitude dictating a very high level of quality. It is only a personal change in circumstances that now presents this opportunity for someone else to reap the rewards of this premium refit.
She has not been chartered and has been meticulously maintained over the years, previously with a professional skipper overseeing her regular maintenance schedule and currently with a qualified and experienced marine engineer overseeing the ongoing refurbishment and the addition of the multitude of improvements and upgrades.
The Belize 43 is a super choice for those seeking to cruise the oceans of the world. Fountaine Pajot built 174 of these outstandingly successful designs between 2000 and 2007.
The Belize 43 sails like a dream yet provides one of the highest load carrying capacities of any in her class of approximately 3400 kg (7600 lbs). She can be loaded up to capacity and still sail like the responsive well behaved but lively lady she is.
The Belize 43 was the last of the models manufactured before Fountaine Pajot changed to vacuum resin infusion moulding construction. This tried and tested older vacuum manufacturing process delivered a strong and stiff hull utilising foam sandwich layup below the waterline. (No balsa wood here)
With the provision of integral foam filled crash bulkheads both fore and aft and the sacrificial mini keels she is designed with safety in mind.
She is absolutely osmosis free!

The Belize 43's uncluttered deck arrangement plus generous bridge deck clearance make this design one of the most sought after catamarans for both offshore blue water voyaging as well as long term live aboard comfort.

Kiki 1 is currently sitting on the hardstand in Marmaris Turkey (since August 2014) and has just completed an extensive refurbishment externally and internally. She can be inspected whilst out of the water then relaunched for the buyers sea trial. Most of the fixtures and fittings detailed below are brand new, recently fitted and have never been used. They include a long list of those things that are generally left aside to be done 'one day', Well that day has arrived and they have now been done so the new owner will be able to enjoy all the benefits for many years to come! It is a bit like having the advantages of a new boat purchase in terms of all the new equipment and upgrades yet retaining the legendary proven design and build quality of this extraordinarily admired world cruising catamaran.
