Alberg 37

I have an Alberg 37 on the hard in MD on the Chesapeake. I am staying close to my 90 yr old parents and need to let her go. I spent 10 yrs of spare time and who knows how much money refitting this boat. There are details to finish but she's ready to sail and she sails beautifully.
I started with a classic heavily built Alberg hull that had just had it's MD2 Volvo rebuilt. New wiring, plumbing, pumps, rigging, interior, hot water, 110/12v panels, inverter, frigOboat refridge, stackpack, vacuum panel insulation, and on and on. She's shrink wrapped and I don't have an equipment list with me. I'll be putting her in the water to sell next spring. If you're interested in a classic blue water boat she can be viewed now. I'm probably looking for around $30,000

From ad above:

"She's shrink wrapped and I don't have an equipment list with me. I'll be putting her in the water to sell next spring. If you're interested in a classic blue water boat she can be viewed now."

"She can be viewed now" Well, kinda... If you want to crawl under shrink wrap and over all the gear that is piled below, that is.... Might be better to wait until I have it launched and put back together in the spring....
