She has a Pisces Isuzu QD-27 fresh
water cooled
diesel that runs very well.
Harken Roller Furling and a newer set of heavy duty cruising
sails in very good condition. She is berthed in a transferable slip in Vallejo , ca. Slips
fees are $310. Per month and there is a
liveaboard option.
She has the factory
dodger and has had the bridge
deck modification already done. This mod is IMHO absolutely necessary for
offshore work.
Vallejo is approx 2-4 hour
motor / sail to San Francisco’s East Bay.

wood toe rail has numerous poor

Teak handrails have been removed. The replacement ones are in the V-Berth awaiting install.
Doesn't say much about the $$ value of good boats. C'est la vie.
