GPS com port problem with opencpn 5.0

Need your help! I have opencpn 4.8 running on two different windows 7 professional 64 bit notebooks. GPS is provided by NL-302U GPS mouse. Prolific usb-com driver works well on both computers. Now I updated one device to 5.0. After starting opencpn the gps signal is there for about 30 s then stops (no more nmea sentences). After closing opencpn the com port is no longer available. Windows doesn't shut down anymore. After forced shut down and rebooting the system I'm able to connect to gps mouse again. Installed 5.0 on the second system then. The same! After starting opencpn no gps input and com port destroyed immediately. Windows shut down only by pressing the on/off button. 4.8 still works fine on the same com port.
