Bought a boat that was setup with SSB, but don't need it. The system was in working order before we purchased the boat 1 year ago, but we have not used it.

ICOM IC-M710 MF/HF transceiver with mounting bracket and microphone. Power cable is cut but can be included.

AT-130 antenna tuner with cables.

Asking $400.

Open to offers or selling transceiver / antenna tuner separately if interested.

Uncool to change the price like that :-(. Just sell it to the guy who made you the offer instead of getting greedy and try to jack up the price even more. There's eBay for that...
