GN Espase Ocean Chef

Has anyone first hand experience with a GN Espase Ocean Chef stove?
Are they worth the extra $$$?

Re: GN Espase Ocean Chef

Do you really think you need a 5 burner (+ oven) stove, on a 46' boat?

Re: GN Espase Ocean Chef

the one I was looking at was a three burner. I am doing the World ARC and will be cooking a lot. I have a Force 10 three burner that needs replacing.

Re: GN Espace Ocean Chef

'espace' has a c, for whatever it's worth. I say because searching might go better with the correct spelling.

If you google 'GN Espace' there are threads I think it was YBW or maybe another European forum discussing same, and IIRC the one person who could presumably afford one (ha ha) thought really well of it.

I wish I had the dosh, lighter weight and cooks more efficiently sounds great to me

Doing a proper cruise like that you do want a great setup so don't restrain the wallet if you can.

When I replaced my Eno I had a look at a few brands and then did a few measurements and realised unless I was going to do a manor restructure job on the galley I needed to get the exact same unit.

I have a 2 burner and oven without grill:
I doubt many need a 3 burner. The internal grill takes a lot of oven space and I love doing big roasts.
