Question Piscataqua River Marinas

Hi there.

Due to a new work location, in December I sailed to Portsmouth NH. I found a marina (apparently the only marina) that allows liveaboards over the winter. It was a little expensive for a winter situation since they don't provide any services at all during the winter except your slip and electricity which you pay for anyway, but now that winter is on it's way out, I don't have much time to find a summer season marina. Why do I need to find one? This marina plans on charging $159/ft for the summer season which is absolutely ridiculous. In addition, you sign a contract that restricts you to using their services exclusively when you need work done on your boat, and they charge a lot more than everyone else in the area does. You are welcome to do your own work, but hiring outside help is forbidden. A lot of boaters are going to be moving on, but I can't go very far as I am here for work, not recreation. Does anyone here know of a good marina on the Piscataqua River that isn't charging more than a house payment
