Executive Chef needed for a 60meter M/Y
The yacht is based in Med with itinerary of worldwide crusing. Starts in late January


- Must possess culinary degree or equivalent apprenticeship
- Experience on yachts essential
- Able to maintain high standard of hygiene and galley sanitation
- Able to create 5 star cuisines for owners and charter guests and crew
- Good presentation skills
- Understanding of the dietary needs, allergies and alternative eating habits
- Excellent galley management
- Menu planning including preparation and planning for extended cruises
- Able to entertain guests
- Strong culinary and management skills
- 2 year minimum experience on similar size yachts
- 5 year minimum experience as executive chef
