1989 Pearson 39-2 Centerboard NEW STANDING RIGGING

Asking: $65,000
Location: Fort Pierce, FL

Not only has Kairos just returned from a one and a half year cruise (June 2017) through the Caribbean, but she also has BRAND NEW STANDING RIGGING and chainplates!

Over the last 18 months, Kairos has traveled thousands of miles, spent hundreds of nights at anchor, and visited dozens of islands. Her adventures have been documented in the sailing blog Let It Breeze: Goodbye House, Hello Boat – Young Couple & their Dogs Trade In their Denver Home for a Chance to Sail the Caribbean, but now she’s ready for her new crew. With well-maintained systems, an extra-large galley, and stylish new cushions, she makes a perfect home.

But Kairos has more to offer than a spacious interior, the Pearson 39-2 design is a perfect blend of cruising comfort and racing performance. She has excellent handling characteristics under both sail and power. The centerboard option is ideal for the shallow waters of Florida and the Bahamas, yet provides good pointing and stability with the board down. And the new owners will have peace of mind when sailing this performance-oriented cruiser, because her standing rigging and chainplates were replaced just 4 months ago (Feb 2017).

Visit our page: Kairos Is For Sale!! – Let It Breeze: Goodbye House, Hello Boat to view more specifications, photographs, and video tour. Contact Rob Bleecher at 717-574-8019 or rbleecher@gmail.com for more details or to make an appointment.
