Any Logs for Panama to Peru or Chile ?

I have looked high and low and have not been able to find any logs for journeys out of Panama and down the west coast of South America. Any reference websites would be greatly appreciated. We are not interested in stopping in the Galapogos at this time.
Many Thanks

Waterwordly:
It is an upleasant passage south. I went south from Costa Rica in September 2009 and arrived Iquique, Chile in October. The travel was shitty but not dangerous. Just slow heading into the current and agin the wind. The course over ground looks really bad when you have a current agin you. And I was cold a lot.
I don't keep a log but I have some notes on my website blog, here:

I head to the Gambiers tomorrow and expect to have a lovely 40 day sail. Then, hope springs eternal.
Pete
ps: Be sure to check out Lauri's website. He's gone from Panama to Peru and on to Easter. Excellent writer and excellent website.

Dear Peter,
Many thanks for your references and your personal blog. I have read both. We are fluent in Spanish and have friends and family in Lima and at the Yacht Club in Callao, although no one has sailed from the north before, so we were looking for more info. I am curious as to the offense in Chimbote. Is the rule that you can't stop anywhere on the coast except Callao to check in?
Many thanks for your imput and help.
