Hello from Brisbane Australia.

Hi,
My partner and I bought a Cavalier 975 (1980's era IOR 32' production grp, built in Sydney, Australia). Six months ago and have sailed it extensively around Moreton Bay, Queensland since.
It was located in Tin Can Bay when we purchased it and my two sons and I sailed it back to brisbane over a long weekend and had a great time in doing so.
We are keen to do some serious cruising but the longest stint we have managed yet is a week.

Re: Hello from Brisbane Australia.

HI, Glenn,,

Welcome aboard CF.

Hopefully, in months to come you'll have some lovely sailing experiences. If you and the boys like swimming, it's nice at Peel Is. at slack water, in northerly quadrant winds.

Lots of folks like swimming off the wrecks at Tangalooma, but beware of overnight westerlies.

Ann

Congratulations GlenGee

My previous boat was a Cavalier 975. They are a solid boat with a great repuation. It's good to hear you are enjoying it.
