That's funny: the page I found following the link says "Length 36ft Beam 9ft Draft 3ft". It doesn't agree with your post (12.5-foot beam, a 5-foot draft) or with http://sailboatdata.com/viewrecord.asp?class_id=5215:

The 'truth' Alain is that the boat is 11 meters long, 3 meters wide and has a draft of 1 meter. This is a shallow draft keel.
