Blue water weather & comms query
Planning some blue water adventures around the South Pacific in 36' Swanson for a few months after the 2019 cyclone season. Seeking advice on best options for accessing current & accurate weather conditions when sailing and keeping in contact with overseas authorities/family/friends when outside of any form of phone/internet coverage. Best software/app options? Best hardware...laptop/ipad…..?? Not hugely IT savvy, so simple advice would be greatly appreciated. Thks.
