Dinghy Death BVIs

This happened just the other day. I'm posting because some here who have been to the Willy T may have known Branson.....a REALLY great guy.

Sounds like he fell out of his dinghy without using his emergency cord.

Many older outboards don't have emergency kill cords.
Not s good thing but s reality.
I notice that many cruisers have older outboards due to budget constraints.

(NOT OFFICIAL)....According to one witness, Branson may have been hit by another boat.

Tragic regardless the circumstance.
