Water Pressure pump

I am about to replace a 12 lpm diaphragm water pressure pump. I have a choice of two Chinese pumps 12 lpm for AUD86 ($US60) or pay $AUD110 for 18.9 lpm.

Wondering if 18.9 lpm be an overkill? What are your thoughts?
