Surveyors in La Paz, Puerto Vallarta areas

Anyone out there able to recommend a surveyor in the following areas La Paz, Ensenada,or Puerto Vallarta. I am looking at boats in these areas and need to find a good surveyor(one who works for me not the seller)

I just bought a boat in La Paz and used two surveyors, one for the regular, and one for a mechanical survey. Both were outstanding. For the regular survey I used Malcolm (Max) Winter maxwinter008@gmail.com. He was very thorough and patient while explaining things to me. He came back to take part in the seat trial and haul out, which occurred several days after the survey, due to high winds.

For the mechanical survey I used Rob Cross from Cross Marine Works, rob@crossmarineworks.com. Also very thorough and patient. Both guys speak English and are highly regarded around there.
