BVI to Charleston

I am considering moving my Jeanneau 40.3 from Soper's Hole to Charleston in June. I'd like to ease my way over to Turks and Caicos with my family and then take the boat from TandC to Charleston with more experienced sailors. The jump from TandC to Charleston does not need to be direct - i.e. stops along the way are okay if we need to dodge weather, etc.Where should I stop between Soper's Hole and TandC. How long should I figure for the jump from there to Charleston?
