Re: Cooking Fat for sale.

Rory was a good friend of mine in Belize.

Could be a good opportunity someone to own a great little boat with well proven offshore track record.

I so take my hat of to that guy, a bigger boat a 30ft wharram?. I had a 31ft tiki, couldn't do what hes done but envy him the fact he can be satisfied with less. In case this is misinterpreted i mean it as a genuine compliment.

Re: Cooking Fat for sale.

Jim and I saw Cooking Fat in Gladstone, Qld, Australia, years ago. Sailing that cat across the ocean would be a very intimate experience with the elements.

The mighty Cookie is for sale!
Sadly it is time to find new owners for my Tiki 21. It is a reality I wont be able to upkeep two boats and Cookie has far more spirit left in her than to be mothballed in a museum.
Cookie is fully fit and equipped ready for her next adventures. This includes:
Mainsail with 3 reefs
Working jib with reef
Large hanked drifter
No.1 genoa
Storm jib & trisail
Sea anchor, drogue, danforth anchor, 95m warp
Avon Redcrest dinghy, fenders, mooring lines
2.5HP Mercury outboard
Cooker
Windvane self steering
80ah deep cycle battery, 30w solar panel & reg
Garmin 72 GPS, NASA AIS, LED tricolour
As everyone knows, Cookie is no ordinary Tiki21 and has all her record breaking history.
I would like serious inquiries and offers to be made by personal message only please.
I do have a price in mind for Cookie but will not have a public auction scenario.
Lastly, ownership comes with responsibility! New owners must agree to keep the name and to keep Cookie maintained and above all to keep using her for lots of fun!!
