Croatia or Greece for 1st European Charter?

Hi all, I am in Sydney Australia and been looking at a Croatia charter mid 2020. Probably with Navigare.
But now wondering if should do Greek Islands instead.
Any thought on which is better for 1st time over there?
Is Navigare are good option?

I haven't been to Croatia yet but after the last 2 years in Greece I find it very delightful country to cruise. When you are considering midyear be aware of the meltemi and how it can affect your plans. Strong northerlies blow some times for days or even weeks. The shoulder season the winds seem to change direction frequently enough to make pleasant sailing.

Can you clarify the Cheap part of that? The charter rates seem higher in Greece from a cursory look around
