Want To Buy: Wanted 40f or more Center cockpits forward port helm

I am a looking for a ketch sail boat with a centre cockpit forward port or star board side helm with the instrumentation and navigation gear under a small hard dodger just like the amel boats or camper and Nicholson makes a model, as does Bavaria I believe 44cc I believe it is the model. I am looking for something with large freshwater and diesel tank capacity and preferably a ketch rigged boat even more so a ketch/ cutter.
Standing rigging, well all Reagan recently certified or in good shape, of course these are just the basics of what would start to be the boat I would love to have in my last few years that only 36 years of age,. Thank you for your time. Lucas.

Have you found/bought your boat yet? If not would you be interested in learning more about a cc, true deck salon, excellent sailing (Lapworth design), 2500 mile fuel range (350 gallons fuel, 300 gallons water with fiberglassed into the hull tanks), well found ocean cruiser? Please advise if you are still in the market and would like more information.
