Crew Available: south Pacific to or from New Zealand

looking for sailing around, to or from New Zealand. Happy to pay all my own costs. I have small surf cat experience and weekend trips around Auckland. I have been a windsurfer and kitesurfer for many years I love the ocean and see beauty in all its states. Never been sea sick, but there's always a first time.
I'm laid back, easy going and enjoy good conversation.

Really keen to increase sailing knowledge before buying my own boat.

looking at another post posted at the same time and the difference in response I see that the most important attribute for crew would seem to be being female. Given that I'm well 6.3 and build solid I don't think I'll pull that one off.
What are other the skills that are sort after that can work on?
