Want To Buy: Strong or steel sailing boat for military charity work

A retired military officer is conducting charity work for wounded and injured military personnel. Requires a strong/steel sailing yacht for sailing activities (introduction to yachting, cruising and expeditions) to help recovery and rehabilitation. Self financing so must keep costs to a minimum. Ideally 34' +.

Would consider a vessel that requires more than the usual amount of work - great for rehab. Looks are unimportant; as long as it's strong, safe and seaworthy. Based in UK but will travel anywhere for the right opportunity.
