Crew Wanted: Clear Lake, Texas to Isla Mujeres, Belize, Guatemala

Seeking single crew or couple for Gulf of Mexico - Western Caribbean sailing.
Leaving on or about May 1st from Clear Lake headed for Isla Mujeres on a 38' ketch. Continuing from Isla Mujeres into Belize with an ultimate destination of Fronteras, (Rio Dulce) Guatemala.
No schedules, but expect one week for Gulf of Mexico crossing; one to two weeks in the Isla Mujeres/Cozumel/Mexican Riviera area; one to two weeks in Belize, for a total onboard time of about 3 to 5 weeks.
Crew expected to join the boat only in Texas, but can leave the boat in Mexico, Belize or Guatemala.
Boat is well found and equipped for offshore passages.
Owner/captain has over 40,000 nm blue water experience. Present crew of two has limited offshore experience. Prefer additional crew with some offshore experience, but not absolutely required. Crew will be required to stand watches, assist with boat handling, meal prep and clean-up, and help keep the boat neat and clean. No smoking, no drugs, no excessive alcohol consumption, no whining or griping.
Crew pays for transportation to and from the boat; all onshore costs including government fees for entry/exit, lodging, meals, liquor/beer, local transportation; onboard liquor or beer and any and all personal items.
Owner pays for all boat expenses, including fuel, dockage, entry fees, and all food consumed on the boat.
