Beneteau 39 Moorings?

During our search for our boat I came across a Bene 39 Moorings, and can find absolutely zero on it. I did find that it may be similar to a Bene First 38, however this Bene 39 says its a two cabin version, and most First 38s I find are 3 cabin versions.

Any knowledgeable people have any insight?

IIRC, it's the charter version of the 393 built for Moorings. What year is it?

Definitely not a 393 probably a 38. Moorings has a habit of numbering their Beneteaus a bit bigger than the Beneteau number.

If it is an 80's boat, it was a charter version of the First 38

And, referring to the First 38 "The MOORINGS 38/39 (shoal draft with shorter rig) is similar with some changes to the interior more oriented to the charter trade."
