We moved aboard full time last Dec. and love it! Our boat has a "euro style" galley. Diana is a very good cook and I'm pretty good on the grill. We eat pretty well and do just fine in meal prep. Rack of lamb, steaks, Ahi tuna, fresh caught Mahi, Mahi...all cooked on a "previously used grill" (gasp). Diana bakes bread and great rum cakes. The galley has a microwave, 3 burner force 10 stove w/ oven, a kitchen aid mixer (needed weight on port side and granite tiled counter tops.

We never had a concern about cooking aboard.
