Ditto the draft issue...5 whole winters spent in the Bahamas with a 6' draft and not ONE grounding. Have to wait for tide in a few places...but otherwise no issues. By the way... it is HEAVEN...you will be very happy!
My advice...get rid of the spread sheet and visit boats in your price range and buy the one you find that:
1. You like and meets your basic requirements
2. Is in the best condition of the ones you see
3. Passes the survey with flying colors.
4. Has an engine in great shape.
The differences between brands and models of this age and price range vessel will be FAR less important than the differences in condition and what those differences will cost you in time, $$ and perhaps even safety.
