Good boats. Get a really thorough survey. At that price - as long as the major things are in good condition - it could be worth sinking 15 to 20K into her if you really like the boat.
They are pretty robust 30 footers and good cruisers. Not fast at all but if she has been maintainted properly she'll be a stronger boat than many others on the market.
