[s/v Thievery]

Greetings fellow Sailors!
Am working on some sailboat improvements, and I am considering a small bit of FlexiTeak (faux teak, synthetic teak) in the cockpit -- I have no other teak on the top deck. Anyone familiar with it? Pros/cons?
