You generally want about 400 - 500 CFM per Ton* cooling ambient (unheated) air across your condenser.
A smaller window A/C unit of 6,000 BTU/h, would therefore require about 200-250 CFM (outside) airflow.
Typical bilge blower fans are rated between 100 - 150 cfm, roughly half of what you’d need, were they configured to be fully effective.
I cannot imagine circumstances where, even two (150 CFM), bilge blowers would effectively ventilate a cockpit locker, in your proposed application.
I think most of the previous advice to locate the condenser outside (hatch/companionway) is appropriate.
