I get raised oil level in the pan and it is definetly not water. It also makes the oil thinner. So the only thing I could think of is diesel.

I'm trying to remember what the engine looks like, but I don't think it should be possible for diesel to get in there from the pump. How is the engine running? Running on all cyliners? Lots of white-greyish smoke? Is your return line for the diesel ok?
