The time depends on your cruising speed and how much of the day light hours you want to use.
From Gibsons - your first anchorages are Smugglers Cove or Thormanby Island (20 miles)
Blind Bay (15 miles)
Lund (25 miles) reprovision and breakfast at Nancy's bakery. You are then less than 10 miles from Sarah Point.
You might be able to do Gibson's to Blind Bay in one leg.
So - it looks like 2 days at least.
