Don't under estimate the noise factor, you can have a normal conversation right beside the Honda. I haven't personally heard the Honeywell but I have been around a few other cheaper gens and they are MUCH louder than the Honda. Not a big deal if you're at a backyard bbq or something and it can be placed far away, but on a boat it can only be so far away from you.
Just my 2cents.
