When we are Far from the Madding Crowd we use a lot of small jars of flavours to change what may be a similar meal...
2 jars as an example: Wild Rocket Pesto and Red Capsicum Pesto.
A teaspoon or 2 of either into a tomato pasta dish will make 2 different meals.
Variety isn't all that difficult... staples are.
And we work hard at new local flavours
