The pre-cooked bacon from Hormel and other companies keeps with out refrigeration and is in two serving size packets, generally about 3 per box.... but to be honest... a box is generally a single serving size when no one can see me doing it!
I'm pre packing now for my next 3 months in the Eastern Carib and will be taking a few boxes along in the checked bag.
