To the best of my knowledge, there are no bareboat charter operations in Nova Scotia (hard to believe, I know).
You might contact Sunnybrook Yachts (
www.sunnybrookyachts.com) or Ocean Yacht Sales, (
www.oceanyachtsales.com), they are the 2 major brokers in the Halifax area, and they are more plugged into the marine industry in NS than I am so might have a better idea.
